jour de pluie [rainy day]

Flowers. I've been making them, and want to keep making them.  I adore them--you can wear them in your hair, on your clothes, on a bag.

The weather outside is awful. So my younger siblings have played box cars:

And made their own mailboxes out of cheerio boxes. It made me smile. (so ingenious.)

I love our kitchen window sill.

My grandmother is here from CA for a week or so. which means lots of shopping, and dining out, and going to see a movie. I hope it doesn't rain the whole time--we're supposed to go swimming at the lake. I will try to get a lesson or two in math done, so I won't get even more behind, but that might be difficult seeing as my grandmother is so much fun to be around.


I saw Inception last night. It was UNBELIEVABLE. You must see it. I want to see it again, but, alas, have no more money, as I'm saving it all up for that camera. =)
