alice in wonderland

I stayed up till midnight last night, talking to a dear friend of mine that I've actually never met 
in person--but there were no awkward silences, and we talked for over an hour.  
Here's my outfit from to today:

Tomorrow is my older brothers birthday.  We're going to eat chocolate cheesecake to celebrate tonight.  My birthday is Friday.  I'll be 16.

I took a nap today.  It felt good, and I didn't want to get back up.  
The rain is still coming down, and it's supposed to rainy tomorrow, too.
Audrey's friend Abigail is coming tomorrow.  She's really stylish, and I always like her clothes.

I found some old photos. My parents were so cute:

I went on an outing with my older sister today. We went to the goodwill. I found some 
loverly things, and I'll post some pictures of them tomorrow.

I can eat normal food now-except chips or crackers. Woot.

It's gloomy outside, and I need a nap. There's supposed to be rain all thru Sunday, so we'll

see how my mood is by then. I listened to some Enya, and some Nick Drake. Both are

WONDERFUL for days like these.

The goblet is a lovely shade of green, and I love the boots; although I wish they were a bit taller.

I took a nap.
I ate some pasta.
I changed my blog layout.
I took 2 walks.
I was lazy and didn't wear anything interesting today.
I wrote 2 long notes to a friend of mine that I've never met, but I do so love talking to her.
I thought about how long this week's going to be.
I'm anxious to see Alice in Wonderland.
I laughed at my little sister laying on the floor contemplating what it would be like to be shorter 
than a foot. 
And I found these old black and white photos---from before I dropped my camera on cement.  
TWICE.
And that, my friends, was my day.

if you want me

So...having your wisdom teeth out really does suck.  You have to eat just fruit or vanilla flavored food, and you start to crave something savory after about a day of the sweet stuff.  
I accidentally pulled a stitch out of my gum.  **oops**.  
It didn't hurt, but I'm wondering what it'll do to my mouth, and the whole healing thing.
Eek.
Dad asked me to fix the buttons on his sweater--which I did gladly, but I also had to wear the 
wonderful wool sweater for a bit, before giving it back:

Thursday

Audrey took the last photo. It's double exposure.

That food looks amazing. I can't eat stuff like that for another week or so. My surgery went well, 

although my lip is numb and I can't talk very much. I guess my family will like that. ;D
And I can't wait till summer-Can it not come soon enough?

Castles & paints & words

So...I get my wisdom teeth out tomorrow--EARLY.
But, I'm prepared:
I got some peach ice cream, 
bought an itunes card & some new music
I reserved some awesome movies at the Library,
and I have a whole stack of new books to read.

Today is a good day.  
I slept in.
I ate honey oat toast with raspberry cream cheese for breakfast.
I'm drinking a cup of  (peach) tea, and snuck some coffee ice cream.
I have quartet practice later.
I'm possibly going to help a friend move into her & her boyfriend's apartment.
I'm going to go to the second hand store, to look for tea cups for my friend and I.
And it's snowing again.  Which I hate, but it's pretty, and I'm inspired to play my violin.


I'm getting my Wisdom teeth out on Thursday.  Woot.  Have any good music/movie suggestions?
